Gatherings

The Earthwise Stillroom:
A small garden & stillroom gathering (1–3 guests)

Step into a quieter corner of the stillroom —
where the work begins not at the table,
but just outside the door.

Here, the garden and the hedgerow are part of the practice.

We’ll begin among the plants growing nearby,
meeting a small handful of familiar wild things —
learning their names, their uses,
and the quiet stories they carry.

We’ll gather a little, with care.

If the weather allows, we’ll sit on the grass beneath the oak,
sharing a simple seasonal drink and small wild bites
— perhaps nettle cake, or something freshly made from the land.

Then we return inside the stillroom.

Among jars, spoons, and glass bottles,
you’ll make a simple preparation to take home
— an oxymel, a herbal salt, or a small seasonal remedy.

There will be time to write a few words for the plant you met,
to sit, to sip, and to let the pace soften.

This is not a fast workshop.
It is a small, held gathering —
for those who want to learn slowly,
and work with their hands in a way that feels grounded and real.
